Current vacancies::

1) Business Development Officer :

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in business development projects in Hong Kong and mainland China to cope with the fast growing of the company;
  • Coordinate various teams including Marketing, Sales, IT and Operation both in Hong Kong and mainland China to roll out business projects;
  • Communicate with business partners and external professionals;
  • Evaluate performance of existing and potential business projects;
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Business Development.

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate from quantitative disciplines (upper 2nd class honours or above) with at least 2 years working experience
  • Acumen to the trends and developments in the financial markets in Hong Kong and mainland China
  • Demonstrate positive initiative, strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent mastery of written Chinese and English, analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Occasional travel to mainland China will be required and fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Officer

2) Senior Financial Planning Analyst, Business Services :

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze retail clients’ financial needs and investment risk profile to formulate tailor-made financial plans for Financial Planning business.
  • Perform financial product analysis to support financial planning recommendations.
  • Perform regular customer due diligence and product due diligence according to up-to-date regulatory and business requirements.
  • Participate in system development in terms of articulating and documenting user requirements, performing user acceptance tests and devising ongoing enhancements
  • Prepare regular MIS reports to various business functions.
  • Participate in project management and coordination.

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate from quantitative disciplines.
  • Knowledge in retail financial services including investment, insurance and loan products; further, understanding about risk management and compliance aspects of such products will be a definite advantage.
  • Excellent mastery of written Chinese and English, communication and presentation skills.
  • Good data analysis skills and acumen to the trends and developments in the financial markets in Hong Kong and mainland China.
  • Mature, self-motivated and hardworking.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Qualified IIQAS membership.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Financial Planning Analyst.

3) Assistant Manager, Business Analyst :

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team to generate periodic reports as well as ad hoc analysis
  • Maintain sales performance metrics and scorecards
  • Analyze sales result to identify success factors and improvement areas
  • Review marketing program result and evaluate post-sales product performance
  • Respond to various internal request for sales related information
  • Participate and present sales result analysis in meeting with senior management
  • Bridge between IT and users to translate business requirement to IT team
  • Coordinate and conduct UAT
  • Liaise with other business units in supporting partnership day-to-day operations

 

Requirements:

  • University Graduate with 3 years working experience
  • SQL programming knowledge is a must
  • PC skills particular with spreadsheet and database skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines and expectations
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and be able to work independently

4) Senior Officer, Finance :

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise general accounting and finance duties
  • Handle financial returns to the SFC, monitor all regulatory compliance and reporting
  • Manage and enhance the accounting system to meet the needs of financial reporting
  • Responsible for ad hoc projects and assignments

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance /Accounting and professional qualification holder
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in financial services industry
  • Familiar with SFC financial returns and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, fluent in Putonghua is a plus
  • Good PC skills, familiarity with system implementation, hand-on knowledge in FlexAccount would be advantage
  • Committed, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure

5) Senior Analyst, CRM :

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operation of analysts to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and timely delivery of reports and projects
  • Liase with internal business users and external business partners to collect & evaluate marketing campaign & business requirements.  Translate requirements into business rules & logic for campaign management system set-up
  • Conduct analysis of data warehouse information to formulate and optimize business rules for customer selection, marketing campaign management and distribution channel management in order to increase revenue and operation efficiency
  • Maintain and enhance the business logic of the campaign management, product application and consumer finance systems
  • Maintain and enhance databases for campaign & distribution channel management, data mining and product propensity modelling

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operation Research or other related disciplines
  • As least 5 years of relevant work experience in CRM, Direct Marketing, IT or related fields
  • Strong supervisory skills and very detail oriented
  • Tactful, outgoing personality, with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent hands on experience in SQL programming (SQL Server, Oracle or other RDBMS) and relational database design, development & administration
  • Solid understanding of direct marketing campaign execution & management and financial products
  • Hands on experience with statistical model development (e.g. credit scorecards, propensity models, etc.) will be an advantage
  • Candidates with Putonghua fluency will be preferred

6) Senior Officer / Officer, Administration :

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Administration Manager, the incumbent is responsible for providing full spectrum of administration supports to the department and the Company. The support includes office renovation, office maintenance, and general office administration activities.


Requirements:

  • University Graduate preferred
  • Possessed 3-5 years relevant working experience in office administration in a sizable company
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and independent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

7) Marketing Assistant:

Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the Marketing Department
  • To assist the implementation of marketing programs and telemarketing programs including the coordination with business partners and internal departments
  • Be responsible for the production of marketing materials and sale reports

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate or above
  • Experience in marketing or financial industry would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Excellent writing, communication and inter-personal skills
  • Fresh graduate will be considered

8) Financial Planner:

  • College / University graduate

  • F.5 standard

  • Form 5 or above
