Terms and conditions: 1. I/We hereby authorise AMTD Financial Planning Ltd. ("AMTD"), any of its shareholders, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, or any company in which any of the foregoing entity has a direct or indirect interest and its designated entity to use my/our personal data or contact me/us for promotional or marketing of investment, financial products or services, or all related purpose. 2. Information provided in becoming a member of AMTD must be true and accurate, otherwise AMTD shall have the right to disqualify the application and the applicant will not be entitled to free travel insurance. 3. Free travel insurance cannot be converted into cash. 4. The number of free travel insurance is limited and is available on a first come first served basis. 5. The number of free travel insurance is limited. In the event it is not available, AMTD has the right to substitute with other gifts without prior notice. 6. AMTD will contact registered individuals to confirm their information and the gift will be sent out within 20 working days. 7. In the event that any information registered is found to have repeated (including name, correspondence address or contact number etc), AMTD do not have to give out free travel insurance or make prior notice or any compensation. 8. AMTD's staff and their family will not be entitled to free travel insurance for becoming a member. 9. Only new AMTD members and individuals who have not completed AMTD's survey previously (regardless of the means) will be entitled to free travel insurance. 10. I/We agree to meet with AMTD's wealth management consultant and receive free financial analysis provided by AMTD. 11. AMTD reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions of this promotional activity without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of AMTD shall be final.
